NDIS Funding with PACE

PACE is the new system the NDIA is gradually rolling out, replacing the old system. If you’re a new participant, your plan will automatically be created in PACE. For existing participants, transitioning to PACE may take some time. The important thing to note is that PACE plans have slight differences in support budgets and categories compared to the old system.

How do I join Eazy Plan Management?

Simply visit our website at www.eazyplanmanagement.com.au and fill out the sign-up form. You’ll need basic info like your NDIS number, date of birth, and address. Prefer email? Send your details to info@eazyplanmanagement.com.au and we’ll take it from there.

Can I switch from another plan manager to Eazy Plan Management?

Yes, you can switch at any time. Just let the NDIA know and ask your current plan manager to cancel their service booking. Once that’s done, we’ll create a new service booking for you—fast and easy.

How do I view my plan budgets and payments?

You can track your budgets, invoices, and spending 24/7 via our client portal or mobile app. Login is easy with secure, password-free access using your email.

How do I submit an invoice or get reimbursed?

Your provider can email invoices directly to us, or you can upload them yourself through our app or portal. For reimbursements, include your bank details and make sure the invoice clearly states it's for reimbursement.

How quickly do you pay invoices?

We process and pay most invoices within 1–2 business days, ensuring your providers are paid on time and your budget stays up to date.

Is there any cost to use Eazy Plan Management?

No, there’s no cost to you. When you include ‘Improved Life Choices’ in your NDIS plan, the NDIA covers all plan management fees.
